Which side of the bandana is the personalization on?

We will personalize your bandana on the patterned front, unless you specify otherwise through an email to us.

 

How Do I Care for My So Spoiled Dog Designs Product?

Our bandanas are machine washable (warm/cold but no bleach), and we suggest attaching the Velcro ends, prior to putting it in the machine, with like colors.  For added longevity, we recommend hand washing.  Once washed, lay flat or hang to dry.

You may also choose to iron your product.  If you iron your bandana, please iron it on the non-personalized side.  The high heat on the vinyl will melt the vinyl and/or burn the adhesive.

Our bandanas are proudly made in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

How Does Shipping Work?

If you live in Canada, shipping will be included in your purchase. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post - there will not be a tracking number provided to you. 

 

If you live outside of Canada, there will be an additional fee for shipping. Our site will provide you with the exact fees at check out, based on your order.

 

If you would like Express Mail Service, please email us to arrange it. 

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

Your custom order will be carefully sewn within 3-5 business days and then placed in the mail and on it’s way to you. If you are adding personalization (such as the dog’s name for example) to your order, add another 3 days before it will be shipped.  You can expect that shipping through Canada Post will take approximately 3-5 days (within Canada, and longer to other locations).

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  You must contact So Spoiled Dog Designs to process a refund within 5 business days after receiving your order, and  provide a reason for your return.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  Those would be items not in its original condition, or a damaged or missing item for reasons not due to our error.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

Any item that is not mailed for return more than 5 business days after delivery is ineligible.

Please note that So Spoiled Dog Designs is not responsible for any damage due to misuse of our products.


 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 



Can I Do An Exchange?

We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will be done for the same item, if stock permits.   Contact us by email for details on how to initiate an exchange, within 5 business days of receiving your item.

 


 

What Is Your Privacy Policy?

Your privacy is very important to us.  Your personal information will never be sold or shared with other companies or businesses. 

 


 

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, we do custom and special orders! Email us with your request and a Customer Service Representative will get back to you to discuss your order.

 

Would You Post My Dog’s Picture On Your Website And On Social Media?

We would love to post a picture of your dog wearing So Spoiled Dog Designs. Please send us a picture of your dog in a So Spoiled bandana to sospoileddogdesigns@gmail.com 

By sending us your dog’s picture, you are agreeing to having it posted on  our site and various forms of social media.  Be sure to include a few comments about your dog so that we can make a fantastic post!

 

We also hope that you will post a pic of your dog and tag us in it!

I ordered two of the same bandanas and they look slightly different from each other.  Why is that?

Due to the handmade nature of our  bandanas, each one may vary slightly.  As well, the placement of the print may not be exactly as pictured on our model. This means that your So Spoiled dog bandana is unique and sewn especially for your dog.
